Last night at the General Membership meeting, the members elected the following two members-at-large to serve on the Local 4948 Bylaws Committee:
Jinkie David (HLSN)
James Johnson (Shipping)
Thank you to all the members who participated in this democratic process - it was very heartening and bodes well for the future to see the widespread interest in these positions. We can assure everyone that there will be many opportunities for future involvement and participation in the Union.
