On December 6, a grievance filed in 2005 on behalf of former Circulation Assistants-District Branch and Circulation Assistants- Neighbourhood Branch (also known as Code IIIs) from the predecessor Scarborough Public Library was heard by an arbitrator from the Ministry of Labour.
