Thank you to all the community members, library workers, labour activists and supporters who came out to rally against the closure of the Urban Affairs Library today. Despite the freezing weather, the rally was well-attended by vocal supporters who wanted to send a strong message to the Ford administration. President Maureen O'Reilly, Toronto Public Library Board member, Adam Chaleff-Freudenthaler, CUPE Ontario President, Fred Hahn, Toronto & York Region Labour Council President, John Cartwright, and members from the local community spoke to the rally.
