Day 1 of the CUPE National Convention in Vancouver - the biggest convention in history.
Local 4948 met yesterday with library workers from all across Canada - President O'Reilly delivered a presentation on the attacks to public libraries in Toronto and what the Union has been doing to fight back. it was fantastic to meet with and hear issues facing library workers from Newfoundland to British Columbia.
