OPSEU and Local 4948 Team Up For Full-Time Jobs

On November 2, Vanda Klumper, the Chair of OPSEU's LCBO Bargaining Committee teamed up with the Local 4948 Strike Committee and Action Committee to get our message out to the public. LCBO workers in selected locations also wore their Toronto Public Library Workers union buttons in a show of solidarity for our common fight for good, full-time jobs and fairness for part-time workers. The public response was strongly in our favour while library workers system-wide wore their "People Make Libraries Work" union buttons in a show of support.
