It's a tie.
Both candidates, Gerry Haley and Uzma Mian, are tied for the position of shop steward at Bibliographic Services. All the segregated votes (for those members not on the voters list) were verified and added to the count. There were no spoiled ballots. A re-count was done to ensure the accuracy of the vote.
The election will have to be held again.
