Complimentary Passes to the Toronto SpecFiction Colloquium

Toronto SpecFic Colloquium on Saturday, October 15

Featuring Talks from Major Science Fiction, Fantasy, and Horror Authors...

The colloquium, a one-day event to launch the Chiaroscuro Reading Series, will deliver talks and readings from major names in the field. The theme for the 2011 Toronto SpecFic Colloquium will be "Modern Mythologies" and our Guest of Honour will be author and comic book writer Mike Carey.

Notable author guests include Peter Watts, Lesley Livingston, Daniel Heath Justice, Emily Pohl-Weary, and Daniel Rabuzzi. The Colloquium will also host a round-table discussion on the state of the field with ChiZine Publications co-publisher Sandra Kasturi, HarperCollins Director of Publicity Rob Firing, Rue Morgue editor Monica Kuebler and others.
