As reported in this 680 News report, the recommendations for staff cuts at the Toronto Public Library will be released sometime today. This is in response to the Ford(s) administration's directive to cut 10% from the budget.
This report will be presented at the Library Board meeting on Monday, October 17 at 6 pm at TRL. This will be the first meeting of the new Library Board with the newly Ford-appointed citizens members.
Members are encouraged to attend - this is a public meeting.
